Worldwide returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. This policy applies worldwide.

Return conditions

The item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation before sending the item back so that return instructions can be provided.

Return shipping

The customer pays the return shipping cost. Return shipping is not refundable. Use a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is delivered.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, the item purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee. When the original order included free shipping, no outbound shipping charge is deducted from the refund. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Incorrect or damaged orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, reply to the order confirmation promptly. River Family will cover the appropriate replacement or return costs when the error is ours.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country.
